Biden Busted For Plagiarism, Again!

Old habits die hard for some people. In the case of crazy Uncle Joe, the current occupier of the Oval Office, one of his old habits is plagiarism, stealing words from other people. He admitted to doing so while he was in law school, and now that he’s seated behind the Resolute Desk, he’s doing it again.

He stole a joke from another president.

As appalled as all good Americans were at Biden’s thoughtless and tasteless words spoken at the United States Coast Guard graduation, it turns out that the joke which fell flat was Ronald Reagan’s.

“I can only assume that you’ll enjoy educating your family about how the Coast Guard is quote ‘The hard nucleus around the Navy forms in times of war,’” Biden said to a quiet crowd. He added, “You’re a really dull class. Come on, man. Is the sun getting to you?”

Reagan made the same joke as president back in 1988 to the Coast Guard cadets.

“My Coast Guard aides have been excellent. One of them taught me that, and I quote, ‘The Coast Guard is that hard nucleus about which the Navy forms in time of war,” Reagan told the cadets, which responded with cheers.

Biden and his people, like many Democrats, forget that the internet, like a diamond, is forever. American minds have long memories and it did not take long for people in this country to not only dig up the video of Reagan’s flawless delivery of the sentence but to make it go viral along with Biden’s usurping the words.

As Washington Examiner commentator Becket Adams noted, Reagan was 77 and in his last year in office when he gave his address versus 78-year-old Biden in his first year in office.
