Contrary to the mainstream media and Democrat company line, not everyone in Washington, D.C., thinks former Vice President Joe Biden won the presidential election last month. In fact, one group of lawmakers pretty much did not put their seal of approval on the rather brazen attempt by the Biden camp to just squat in the White House.
That had to be a blow to the celebration the Democrats are still maintaining even as several states are suing a few others for breaking Constitutional Law in regards to how they conducted the election in their states…and that there is a number still contested and that fewer than a handful have actually certified, and among those, at least two have election issues tied up in court.
“It is not the job of the Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies to get ahead of the electoral process and decide who we are inaugurating,” Blunt said in a statement. “The JCCIC [Inaugural Committee] is facing the challenge of planning safe Inaugural Ceremonies during a global pandemic. I would hope that going forward, the members of the JCCIC would adhere to the committee’s long-standing tradition of bipartisan cooperation and focus on the task at hand.”
The Democrats, on the other hand, have been running victory laps for weeks, and they are simply not conceding despite all the court cases currently ongoing.
[Democrat Steny] Hoyer confirmed to the media that the vote didn’t pass saying, “The extent to which Republicans are refusing to accept the outcome of the election and recognize Joe Biden and Kamala Harris as our next President and Vice President is astounding.”
It ain’t over ’til it’s over. Hoyer and the gang better get used to it.
