Creepy Pedophile Wins Major Appeal After Court Entertains Perverse Argument

There are some things in life that most people should be able to agree on even in the highly divisive times we are currently in… Things like a common disgust for creepy pedophiles should be at the top of that list…

This creeps from New Jersey, Gary Wolchesky has gained a fair amount of attention over the past decade as he has publically advocated for legalizing sex with children… His sick mind believes there is nothing wrong with it and in a 2009 YouTube video titled Gary’s couch confessions that runs just a little over eight minutes he makes the following statement:

“I am a very strong supporter of pedophilia and I have no problem with that. Obviously I have a problem with that considering I am one, right?” he said. “There’s nothing wrong with it in my personal opinion. I think, honestly, the lawmakers that came up with these crazy laws — these are ridiculous laws, basically. These are ridiculous laws. Even after someone serves their time for it, say they got caught with having sex with a child — you know, it happens — even though they spent forever in jail for it and they basically are treated exactly how a judge, a lawyer, or a police officer would be in jail. So, why are they not in a separate section like those people are? It just profounds me.”

The sick creep goes on to state that:

“It’s obvious that judges, lawyers, and cops which make these laws are little b—–s and cowards but they expect someone else to go through it. It seems very hypocritical to me. Why are pedophiles the only ones that have to register with their police department? Why can’t they live in certain towns? That’s discrimination right there,” he concludes.

That discrimination theory is what has become an important theory in his defense…

This sick pervert was arrested in New Jersy for using his Xbox to sexually groom a number of boys between the ages of 10 to 15 then coerced them into exchanging sexually explicit videos with him… He actually convinced them to perform graphic sex acts on themselves while he recorded them.

Following his arrest, it took seven years for the prosecution to secure a conviction and have him sentenced. They blame the delay on him insisting he wanted to represent himself that resulted in a lot of lengthy pre-trial motions… I’m sure some public defender was glad he wanted to represent himself because I doubt anyone would seriously want to argue this creeps defense in which he believes sex with children is normal and should not be a crime…

When the pedophile was finally convicted the court was clearly not as tolerant of his creepy crime because they sentenced the pervert to a nice appropriately long sentence of 46 years… Creeps like this are creeps for life but with any luck, he would be impotent after 46 years in prison or find himself a cellmate to cuddle up with when he gets out…

Unfortunately in our overly liberal woke world of weirdness today this may not be over yet… Remember that the discrimination theory I told you would become important? Well, an appellate court has ruled that the creepy pedophile may have been denied his constitutional right to a speedy trial, which the creep blamed on his being part of a “persecuted minority.”

The appellate panel recognized that the creep was responsible in part for the long seven-year delay resulting from him wanting to represent himself but they also concluded that it was partially due to a break in the investigation that resulted in additional charges.

The creep fully acknowledges that he sexually engaged kids but maintains that it shouldn’t be illegal and insist all of the kids consented and should be allowed to engage in sex with adults if they so choose…

Hopefully, this creep gets an even longer sentence on appeal but it’s unfortunate the kids will have to testify all over again and be humiliated by this creep. There are some really sick people in this world… It’s a shame that anyone would entertain granting this creep his appeal but that’s where we are today…
