The number of people in the public eye pushing the idea of mass vaccination for all in the age of COVID-19, a virus with a 99.98% survival rate, has increased by three in recent days.
Three former presidents, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, and Barack Hussein Obama, all are claiming that to help the public accept the safety of a COVID vaccine, they will be willing to go live on television and get shot up themselves.
Bush has even reached out to White House coronavirus task force members Dr. Anthony Fauci and Dr. Deborah Birx to volunteer to help encourage US citizens to take the vaccine, the former president’s chief of staff, Freddy Ford, told CNN.
“First, the vaccines need to be deemed safe and administered to the priority populations. Then, President Bush will get in line for his, and will gladly do so on camera,” Ford told the outlet.
Clinton’s press secretary, Angel Urena, said the 42nd president is also on board.
“President Clinton will definitely take a vaccine as soon as available to him, based on the priorities determined by public health officials,” Urena said.
“And he will do it in a public setting if it will help urge all Americans to do the same.”
In an interview with SiriusXM host Joe Madison set to air Thursday, Obama vowed to take the vaccine once it’s deemed safe, according to CNN.
“I promise you that when it’s been made for people who are less at risk, I will be taking it,” Obama said.
“I may end up taking it on TV or having it filmed, just so that people know that I trust this science, and what I don’t trust is getting COVID.”
Of course, we the people would have no idea that this vaccine stunt wouldn’t be just shooting up the ex-Presidents with saline as a way of conning the people into accepting the shots. We also don’t know at this point what the potential side effects of the vaccine are. That information is still coming in, and the reports are that the adverse reactions are not pleasant.
One thing we do know is that victims of vaccine injury are not allowed to sue the manufacturers in open court, but must go through a special vaccine court as put into law by Congress in 1986.
That alone should give all Americans pause before rolling up their sleeves for this one.
