Well, I wrote about this not too long ago and discussed several legal cases including from the Supreme Court that gives states the ability to mandate vaccinations during a pandemic… At least one of the nation’s Communist Governors has decided to exercise their authority to do just that.
His Excellency Charlie Baker, the Governor of the great state of Massachusetts has mandated that all students six months and older receive the flu vaccine no later than December 31, 2020.
The Communist authorities of the Massachusetts public health department have said that requiring students to be vaccinated is “an important step to reduce flu-related illnesses and the overall impact of respiratory illness during the COVID-19 pandemic.”
Or to put it another way, best described in an Aesop fable titled The Wolf and the Lamb, “The tyrant will always find a pretext for his tyranny, and it is useless for the innocent to try by reasoning to get justice when the oppressor intends to be unjust.”
The requirement by Massachusetts health officials applies to all children six months of age or older that will be attending child care, preschool, or kindergarten, as well as K-12 students and those enrolled in various colleges and universities… The mandate also applies to international students who will be attending school in Massachusetts.
Comrade Dr. Larry Madoff, (No relation to Jack MeOff) the director of the department’s Bureau of Infectious Disease and Laboratory Sciences made the following statement:
“Every year, thousands of people of all ages are affected by influenza, leading to many hospitalizations and deaths. It is more important now than ever to get a flu vaccine because flu symptoms are very similar to those of COVID-19 and preventing the flu will save lives and preserve healthcare resources.”
Officials in Massachusetts have also said that:
“This new flu immunization requirement to enter school in January comes in addition to existing vaccine requirements for all those attending child care, preschool, K-12, and colleges and universities in Massachusetts. Elementary and secondary students in districts and schools that are using a remote education model are not exempt.”
There are of course some exceptions if you can convince the authorities that you have some sort of medical or religious reason for not being vaccinated… And if you are homeschooling your kids no one in the government cares if they are vaccinated either… The Communists apparently are not worried about you keeping it in the family. LOL
Did you get all that? The health authorities in Massachusetts know what’s best for you and have spoken… Now get in line and shut up…
