Recently, Republican Congressman Matt Gaetz of Florida, a firebrand willing to stand up to the forces of the Democrat Party and make them look like idiots, has been accused by the Department of Justice of soliciting sex from a girl who was not eighteen at the time.
Gaetz denied the charges, and when it was suggested that he requested a presidential pardon from President Donald Trump for the entire issue, both Gaetz and President Trump denied that any such thing ever happened.
This week, The Daily Beast published an account from a “longtime associate” of Gaetz who directly contradicts Gaetz’s claims.
In the handwritten letter, Greenberg allegedly revealed that both he and Gaetz (R-Fla.) were “involved in sexual activities” with a girl who was 17 at the time.
“From time to time, gas money or gifts, rent or partial tuition payments were made to several of these girls, including the individual who was not yet 18,” he wrote.
“I did see the acts occur firsthand and Venmo transactions, Cash App or other payments were made to these girls on behalf of the Congressman.”
Greenberg claimed that the girl had lied about her age and that both he and Gaetz believed she was 19 when they allegedly paid her for sex, the report said.
“There was no further contact with this individual until after her 18th birthday,” he wrote.
Seeing as how sex with minors is a favorite trap for blackmail in the swamp known as Washington, D.C., and the exposure of such a thing is at the top of the leftist scandal-mongering, the question of just how much of this is true, and how much is a campaign to tarnish Gaetz is definitely in play.
