The Russia-Ukraine conflict is certainly throwing up the fog of war. Differing reports, none of which match up all that well with the narrative the mainstream media is pushing, are coming out of the region. One side says that Russian leader Vladimir Putin is surgically taking out all of Ukraine’s military assets. Another says that Putin is bombing civilians and hospitals.
Now, we get a report that says the Russian military is inflicting self-harm just to keep from fighting.
Morale is so low among invading Russian forces that soldiers have reportedly been shooting themselves in the legs to avoid fighting – using Ukrainian ammunition to make it appear they were hit by the defenders.
The Russian troops have been widely reported to be demoralized in the invasion, which has already claimed as many as 14,000 of them, according to the latest estimate from the Ukrainian government.
In a conversation between soldiers intercepted by Belarusian media outlet NEXTA, one Russian said, “They’ve been shooting at us for 14 days. We’re scared. We’re stealing food, breaking into houses. We’re killing civilians,” the US Sun reported.
“Russian officers shoot themselves in the legs to go home. There are corpses everywhere,” he continued.
Another soldier was heard saying that his comrades are “looking for Ukrainian ammunition in order to shoot themselves in the legs and go to the hospital.”
What is the truth, and what is propaganda to bolster support in the west for support of Ukraine over Russia.
That is a question that has not been answered as of this writing. So much of the footage that was reported to be of fighting in Ukraine has been demonstrated to be old footage of different conflicts and from video games, it is hard to know what is real and what is not.
Are Russians shooting themselves with Ukrainian arms so that they can go home? At this point, it is hard to tell.

What a bunch of bs. Whoever wrote this lie doesn’t know anything about military firearms, wounds caused by FMJ rounds, or that both Russian and Ukrainian military use the same caliber ammo. Not that it matters, because the you couldn’t tell what type of bullet caused the wound if they were anywhere close to being the same size, which they are. These aren’t hollowpoints fired from handguns that stop in the body and can be recovered as evidence. They are high velocity full metal jacketed rounds that go through a body and keep going.
