Secretary Of Defense Cuts Off Biden Camp From Pentagon

The news hit an Axios headline like a freight train: the acting Secretary of Defense, former special operations officer Chris Miller, has ordered the people working in the Pentagon to cease meeting with the operatives from the “Biden Transition team” who are actively carrying out the delusion that there will be a change in leadership come January.

“A top Biden official was unaware of the directive. Administration officials left open the possibility that cooperation would resume after a holiday pause. The officials were unsure what prompted Miller’s action, or whether President Trump approved,” Axios reported.
“I can confirm that there were scheduled meetings canceled as of today. On what grounds or until when, it’s not clear,” said Katie Bo Williams, senior national security correspondent for
Defense One.

According to Axios, the move “stunned officials throughout the Pentagon.”

What is odd to people who follow the alternative blogosphere and chat boards is that cooperation supposedly ceased at least a week ago, and that information is just now hitting the headlines as if the Pentagon personnel had gone about their business not paying attention to the boss.

The group Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington was quick to blast the Trump administration after the news broke.

“Blocking the transition could have slowed down vaccine rollout. But they didn’t care,” the group said in a tweet. “Pausing Pentagon cooperation with the transition could put people in danger. But they don’t care.”
“This could just be petty idiocy. Or it could be dangerous,” added conservative commentator Bill Kristol.

“Conservative commentator” Bill Kristol has never been a Trump man, and remains opposed to his being Commander-in-Chief, but that is not exactly the point. The swamp creatures who want the Trump Administration evicted from Foggy Bottom are pouting because the presidents’ men are not playing along.

It’s almost as if the people in the Trump Administration know that Biden didn’t actually win.
