There Is One Mask Question Doctor Fauci Does Not Want Answered… And It’s Important!

Masks, masks, masks, that’s all Americans seem to want to talk about these days. Of course, with school being out of session, recreational areas across the country closed or with limited capacity, just about all major leagues sports shut down (and in some places Little League and other youth sports), there really isn’t all that much to talk about other than masks.

And the big question that is causing relationship-ending arguments across America and on social media, is do the darn things work? Are they really slowing the spread since we were told four months ago that we needed to wear them for two weeks to “flatten the curve” of infection and all that seems to be happening is the country is setting records for “new cases” of COVID-19 without any mention of survival rates, or just how many people get sick enough to require hospitalization?

So, the question, do masks really work to stop the spread of disease transmission since this is not the first virus to spread like wildfire while people were covered up (see the Spanish Flu in 1918), is do masks work, and are there plans for a study to prove the hypothesis one way or another?

The physician who pushed this idea that everyone should be masked AFTER he said they do no good, the Center for Disease Control’s Anthony Fauci, was questioned on that very point during a conference at Georgetown University where his comments were remoted into the forum.

One student asked:

“What kind of studies can we do right now in the middle of the pandemic about masks and transmission of the disease?” the student asked. “Or are we just relying on anecdotal evidence because we are not able to do those kinds of studies right now?”

Little Tony Fauci came back with:

“Right now, I’m convinced enough in the summation and totality of the data that has been analyzed by a meta-analysis that I’m convinced that the benefit of wearing a mask clearly is there and is better than not wearing a mask,” he said:

When asked about a randomized control study, the man on the cover of InStyle came back with:

“I would not want to do a randomized controlled study because that would mean having people not wear masks and see if they do better,” he said.

So, We the People who are wearing masks because this man said we should aren’t even allowed to find out if they do any good?

There has to be a reason for this, and it is not to build up herd immunity for a virus if we’re not allowed to pick up the bug at random.
