For whatever reason, Trump Derangement Syndrome invokes truly uncivil and what had been unthinkable behavior even just last year.
About the time of Joe Biden’s acceptance speech for the Democrat nomination for president, a time that seems completely unreal given how it happened and the man’s obvious mental decline, a video appeared online that showed two women ripping a “Make America Great Again” ball cap from a seven-year-old child’s head.
In no time at all, the video went viral, and thanks to the videographer, the two women, Olivia Winslow and Camryn Amy, both 21, and both from Delaware, have been indicted on a laundry list of crimes, including a hate crime.
Olivia Winslow and Camryn Amy, both 21, were indicted by a grand jury on charges of second-degree robbery, second-degree conspiracy, endangering the welfare of a child, third-degree assault, attempted third-degree assault, offensive touching, and felony hate crimes, a spokesperson for Delaware Attorney General Kathy Jennings confirmed to Fox News.
That’s quite a list for having stolen a hat off of a child’s head…and punching an adult who moved to defend the child.
These women obviously didn’t think through their actions before committing the crimes.
“Violence in any form is unacceptable, but harming another person — let alone a child — because of the expression of their views betrays the principles on which our country was founded,” Jennings said in a statement to Fox News.
The women in question, young to be sure, also were seen ripping up Trump signs and other acts of vandalism.
However, it seems that the pleas from the leftists to ignore civility and be as obnoxiously mean as possible have taken root in those who are not Trump supporters in any way. They seem to come unglued when faced with free speech supporting the president and his efforts to Make America Great Again.
It’s almost as if they have been brainwashed.
