Is the CDC gearing up for the next pandemic? News reports surfacing claiming that vials labeled “smallpox” certainly could be interpreted that way. The discovery is currently being investigated, but as far as most humans know smallpox was eradicated from the planet decades ago.
And, now that the CDC and FBI have looked at the vials themselves, it appears that the smallpox virus might really be extinct after all.
Several vials labeled as “smallpox” that were discovered at a Merck & Co. vaccine research facility near Philadelphia did not contain the virus that causes smallpox, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said in a statement Thursday.
According to the unclassified “For Official Use Only” alert – obtained by several media outlets – sent by the Department of Homeland Security, there were a total of 15 “questionable vials,” five of which were labeled as “smallpox” while the other 10 were labeled as “vaccinia.” The vials were immediately secured upon discovery.
“There is no indication that anyone has been exposed to the small number of frozen vials,” the CDC said in a statement. “The frozen vials labeled ‘smallpox’ were incidentally discovered by a laboratory worker while cleaning out a freezer in a facility that conducts vaccine research in Pennsylvania.”
The CDC and the FBI opened investigations, according to the Department of Homeland Security.
The vials were later found to contain vaccinia, the virus used in the smallpox vaccine, but did not contain the variola virus that causes smallpox, according to a statement obtained by USA TODAY from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
So, basically, these vials were the vaccine, not the virus itself.
That does not mean that the national disease fear-monger machine couldn’t be fired up yet again now that fear of COVID is on the wane. After all, the people are now emerging from lockdowns and masking without hesitation in many cases. Protests against all of the measures taken to keep the people “safe” for almost two years without any real changes in sickness levels are going on all over the world.

B Gates, forecasted a Smallpox epidemic, but most of us are inoculated against Smallpox, so unless its a different strain we should not have an epidemic except for the un-vaxxed, all the illegals.
