You’ll Never Guess How Many White People Were Enslaved By Africans

Strange as it may sound given all the “unrest” foisted on Americans in this election year by those counting on We the People being dumbed down enough so as to not appreciate the irony of the ignoramuses tearing down the statues of actual abolitionists when one scratches the surface on history, one finds that the sin for which America is being made to pay really is not American.

And, honestly, practitioners of the trade-in centuries past, enslaved just about anyone and everyone, including whites.

It’s true. And one of the most brutal cultures to practice slavery of all sorts were the people of the old Ottoman Empire, that which was and still is a bastion of Islam, as any non-muslim is fair game to be a slave, so says the Koran.

Their hunting grounds for white slaves included the lands in Europe that they conquered, ships captured by Barbary Pirates along what is today Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia and western Libya. The Barbary Pirates were active for centuries before the American Marine Corps stormed the shores of Tripoli in the 19th century. It was not until the French pushed back and conquered the territory that the slave trade in the western Mediterranean ceased. And even then, there was a pipeline from eastern Europe that supplied white slavery to northern Africa and the Middle East.

And that doesn’t include the enslavement of the Irish which was rampant in the English colonies long before Africans were sold by other Africans to the Portuguese and Dutch. To some European cultures, the Irish were considered the lowest of the low. And in places like Salem, Massachusetts, where an Irish woman was declared a witch for not knowing the Our Father in English, only Gaelic, the treatment of white slaves was particularly brutal.

There were an estimated 1 million to 1.25 million Europeans enslaved in North Africa from the beginning of the 16th century up until the middle of the 18th century. There were also some 700 Americans enslaved in the region from 1785 thru 1815.

16th and 17th-century customs statistics indicate that the total number of imported white slaves by Istanbul from the Black Sea may have been around 2.5 million. America brought that all to a halt in the 1800s after the U.S. Marines paid a visit to Tripoli.

Europeans were a target of the Barbary Pirates as they raided ships on coastal towns from Italy to the Netherlands and going as far north as Iceland and the eastern coastline of the Mediterranean. Once captured they were turned into slaves… White slaves.

The Irish were specifically targeted for many years and were the greatest source of slaves for the English merchants. In fact, most of the slaves early on in the New World were actually white. Some 300,000 Irish were sold as slaves by the English. White slaves were in greater demand because they were much cheaper than African slaves. A white Irish slave cost about 5 Sterling while an African slave cost about 50 Sterling.

The number of white slaves, our European ancestors, going back in history far outnumber the slave trade that came along years later in which America was a small participant. The sad thing is slavery still exists today and rather than look back on our struggles we should be looking forward to ending the struggles of those still being bought and sold as slaves… Many of which are children.

But we aren’t supposed to know about any of that history. Not when openly Marxist organizations want to make all white people pay for the actions of men well over one hundred and fifty years ago.
